Your Path to Becoming a GGIS Scholar
Follow each stage from preliminary expression of interest through assessment to house induction.
Enquiry & Prospectus
Start by filling out our online enquiry form or picking up an admission form directly from the school office on Daudnagar – Patna Main Road.
Key Requirements:
- Student basic details and previous school info
- Parent contact details and home address
- Selected class and stream (Science, Commerce, or Arts for Class 11)
Campus Visit & Meeting
Parents and students are welcome to visit our campus, see the science labs and library, and speak with our teachers about academic options.
Key Requirements:
- Student presence for a brief interaction
- Previous school marksheet or report card
Basic Assessment (Class 3 to 11)
A simple test to assess the student's foundation in Hindi, English, Mathematics, and Science so our teachers can plan the right academic support.
Key Requirements:
- Basic written assessment in core subjects
- Short conversation about student interests and hobbies
Document Verification
Submit the student's Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Transfer Certificate (TC), and passport-size photographs for board registration.
Key Requirements:
- Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous school
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate & Aadhaar Card
- Previous year's report card / marksheet
- 4 passport-size photographs
Fee Payment & Enrollment
Pay the admission and term fees at the office counter. The student receives their official roll number, school ID card, and house allotment (Aravali, Himalaya, Nilgiri, or Vindhyachal).

- Collection of syllabus book list and uniform guidelines
- Issuance of student ID and entry into the school register
Assessment & Interview Guidelines
Assessments are tailored to the prospective division and conducted in a supportive, low-stress environment:
Play-Based Observation
45-minute interactive session observing natural curiosity, social-emotional readiness, fine motor skills, and communication.
Written Aptitude & Reading Assessment
Foundational aptitude assessment evaluating mathematics, Hindi reading, English comprehension, and general scientific curiosity.
Subject Evaluation & Stream Counseling
Comprehensive evaluation in Mathematics, Hindi, English, and Sciences, followed by academic stream counseling (+2 I.Sc., I.Com., I.A.) with the Principal.
